The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Stress on Work Motivation and Its Impact on Employee Performance (Case Study at PT Mandiri Bank (Persero), Tbk Jakarta Greenville Area)

Abstract

Employee performance is not only the result of work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks that are charged to him but includes the process of how the work takes place to achieve work. Employee performance can be influenced by many factors such as motivation, work culture and job stress. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, job stress on work motivation and its impact on employee performance. The data analysis method used to solve the problems found in this study is a path analysis test.

The results obtained are that in the first structure both partially and together (simultaneously) Organizational Culture and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. In the second structure partially Organizational Culture, Job Stress and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. While together (simultaneously) Organizational Culture, Job Stress and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Work Motivation.
